DO YOU CATER FOR LARGE GROUPS?

We are more than happy to cater for a large group. For bookings of more than 10 we now require a £10 per person deposit. This deposit is refundable with a 48hr cancellation notice. The deposit will be deducted from your bill on the day of your visit.

Depending on the number of guests in your group and the time of your booking we may require a preorder.

We can also cater for private events. If you require further information for a private event please contact us by phone or our contact form.

DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK?

Not on site. However there is unrestricted parking in the market place at the front of the building. 

DO YOU CATER FOR GUESTS WITH SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

We offer a 'Free From' menu which has vegetarian and vegan options. We also offer Gluten Free options across all menus.

e appreciate how important it is that the food we serve you meets your dietary requirements. To meet your needs please can we ask that you clearly tell your server if you have any food allergies or intolerances. We however, can not guarantee all or food is 100% allergen free and we do not accept any liability.

CAN I BRING DECORATIONS?

If you would like to bring some decorations to make your occasion extra special then you are more than welcome to. We do however ask that the decorations are table top or free standing only, nothing to be stuck to the walls. 

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?

Walk-ins are always welcome. However to avoid disappointment we recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially if you would like to sit in the restaurant during weekend food service.

CAN I BUY GIFT VOUCHERS?

Our gift vouchers are available in any denomination you require. Our gift vouchers are valid for one year. To buy a gift voucher pop in and speak to one of our team or call 01652 240270.

WHERE DO I CHECK IN FOR ACCOMMODATION?

Check in is from 2pm and before 9:30pm. Between 2pm and 4:30pm check in is a doorbell service, located through the archway on the wall opposite the main front door. After 4:30pm check in is at the bar.

HOW ACCESSIBLE ARE YOU?

We are a very old building so we regrettably do not have wheelchair access or an accessible toilet. There is a small step into the building and three steps up to the toilets. There is however a portable ramp available; please just ask a member of staff for any help. 

All bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and regrettably we do not have a lift.

ARE DOGS WELCOME?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept dogs in the building, except supports dogs.

We have an outdoor covered and heated area where well behaved dogs are welcome.
